Shipping
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sunday or on public holidays.
- Standard shipping: 3–7 business days (Rs. 249)
- Expedited shipping: not currently available
You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number becomes active within 24 hours. Delivery delays can occasionally occur depending on your location or carrier issues. We currently do not ship outside Pakistan.
Returns & Refunds
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging and with the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The time for the credit to appear depends on your card issuer's policies.
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs of returning your item, and shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, including final sale and clearance items, perishable goods and personal care items.
